RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to personal hygiene reasons:
- Product refunds, returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right not to entertain refund, return or exchange requests if you have failed to inform us of your request within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- Item must be in its original purchase condition – product must not be open, unused and product seal has not been damaged.
- For returns and exchanges, shipping costs will not be covered by Starlike.
- For exchange, it is only applicable when the product is defective.
- Reward points deducted during the initial purchase, will not be refunded when the order is returned.
